In Creative Corner, poetry

I feel it coming…
Ensuring stability with every move__
As she did alone.
Gone but,
My mother and I are one.

Come and go__
Stressing out on the who & what –
Casket, food, family wellbeing;
The aftermath.
I feel it coming…

She knew, I knew__
She showed me the way –
To break the generational curses,
To be the shining light.
…I feel it coming.
