In Creative Corner, poetry

I promise to hold you
Like the sky does the moon
Through its darkest times
Allowing her
To change and grow
To reflect and glow
Through the night
To stand strong
And be seen
From horizon
To horizon
She follows different paths
In her different phases
From the new moon
To the waning crescent
Yet still every night
The sky leads her home
Till death do us part
I promise to hold you
Like the sky does the moon.
