In Creative Corner, poetry

Put away those rags,
Take this fine linen.
Your sandals are worn-out,
There’s still an extra mile.
Lizards have moulted
To take over new coats.

Out of broken bones,
You’ll stand.
Out of deep water,
You’ll wade.
Out of broken walls,
Your home will stand.
